I'm a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, practicing psychotherapy online across the state of Florida and in-person in Stuart and Palm City.
I came to this work personally through my own mental health challenges. Some of my earliest memories are of depression and anxiety. I spent decades in and out of therapy, on and off medication, without real relief or change.
But it wasn’t until the first time I stepped onto a yoga mat that I recognized that real change happens in the body. As I lay in Savasana, I could feel that something deep and mysterious and indescribable was at work inside of me, and that I would never be the same.
That was the beginning of the journey.
A little history
I earned my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and I hold a certificate in Analytical Psychology from the Salome Institute. Before that, I spent 14 years working with groups and individuals as a movement and somatic coach. This is where I discovered firsthand how much healing gets left on the table when we only work with the mind, or only work with the body, instead of both together.
Since then, I’ve been finding new ways to bring the body and mind, psyche and soma, together.

How I work:
My clinical approach is grounded in Jungian depth psychology and somatic therapy, informed by extensive trauma training, NARM, Tibetan Buddhism, and Jungian training.
I don't believe your symptoms are just a problem to be solved. I believe they're information; signals from parts of you that have been waiting to be heard. My work is to help you to build a relationship with your body and your unconscious so that you can live the life you’re meant to live.
This means our sessions might include dreamwork, movement, creative exploration, or simply noticing what's happening in your body while we talk.
This work is holistic, non-pathologizing, and shaped entirely around you — your history, your body, your pace, your worldview.
My approach is non-directive, warm, caring, empathetic, and at times, unconventional.
What I bring to our sessions
I am currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern receiving Qualified Supervision in compliance with the requirements of the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling.
I have extensive experience working with humans. My clients receive the benefit of:

A fat-friendly, size-neutral, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and anti-oppressive practice
-
A commitment to never using AI notetaking in client sessions.
A note on scope
I am able to work with clients located in Florida, offering psychotherapy via telehealth and in-person at Mangata Wellness, in Stuart.
This clinical work is separate from my coaching offerings (Somatic Coaching, Embodied Dreamwork, and NARM Coaching), which are non-clinical and don't involve diagnosis or treatment. If you're unsure which is the right fit for you, please get in touch. I’m happy to talk to you about what’s best for you.
